Vacation or Out of town workout!

This is a simple 30 minute workout can easily be done on your vacation or out of town!

Equipment needed:

Timer (watch will work too)

Boxing gloves (not a necessity, but adds to the work out)

Jump rope (again not a necessity, but adds to the work out)

Mat or towel

Water

 

Start with a warm-up of 50-100 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 20 crunches, then stretch from head to toe.

Next do some shadow boxing using the bicycle and throwing in the air jab, cross, hook, & uppercuts for about 5 mins.

Now add these suggested combinations (in the air) for about 6 mins as well (stay on bicycle, then when you are ready to throw the combo, stop, make sure you are in a good base and throw it, then go back on the bike, and repeat)

lead knee, jab, cross (both leads) 2 minutes

jab, cross, back leg front kick (both leads) 2 minutes

Now put it together

lead knee, jab, cross, back leg front kick 2 minutes

Cool down 1 minute (walk it out)

Burn it out with 5 mins of jump rope (either with a jump rope or in the air with an imaginary one)

Cool down 1 minute (walk it out)

finish with 50 pushups and 100 crunches ( on your towel or mat)

if you want to add butt busters then the best one is to hold your leg straight off the hip for 1 minute each side

STRETCH!!!
