Super Warriors
Ages 2-3
Mon 5 pm Our Youngest class offered for 2 & 3 year olds! This class meets once a week and is designed to introduce these little ones to the very beginning basics of Martial Arts. Our goal is to teach them evasion, and blocks, basically how to avoid getting hit or grabbed, through fun drills and activities. We also disguise hitting and kicking with allowing them to "smash the bug" on the pads and bags. They work on listening skills, following directions, cooperating and being a good partner. This class will also boost their self-confidence, coordination and fitness. Parents are welcome to participate with their child, but not required to. |
Tiny Warriors
Ages 4-5
Tues and Thurs 5:00-5:30 pm With our Tiny Warriors we focus more on helping develop self confidence, respect, coordination, fitness and awareness. Through fun exercises, drills and repetition, they develop beginner defensive skills in their muscle memory.

Mighty Warriors
Ages 6-7
Tues and Thurs 5:00-5:30 pm Our Mighty Warriors also work on developing self confidence, respect, coordination, fitness and awareness. We do a lot of fun excercise and drills as well, but with a little more structure and expectation than with our younger students. Again, our goal is to help them develop basic self defense skills in their muscle memory by using repetition. They are also introduced to the beginning basics of Kid-Jitsu®. Sensei Ginger Mark is a certified Kid-Jitsu® instructor.

Junior Warriors
Ages 8-13
Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs 5:45-6:30pm Our Junior Warriors have the opportunity to earn a Jr. Blackbelt in our self defense system. We help them develop the tools necessary to mentally and physically defend themselves at school (without striking) or on the street (with striking). In our Kid-Jitsu® program, which is integrated into our system, they will learn to effectively control their attacker from the ground. Through their journey. they will develop self confidence, respect for all others, coordination, fitness and awareness. |
