Welcome to Warrior Defense Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specializing in practical self-defense and fitness for the entire family. We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing, Kids BJJ. and much more! We have classes for ages 4 to 100! We are committed to helping others develop the self-confidence and tools needed to protect themselves and their families. Many of our Black belts help in classes as part of their continuing training in earning further rank and because they love giving back!!

Mighty Warriors (Age 4-7)

The Mighty Warriors program is an engaging and fun class designed for kids ages 4-7 to build confidence, coordination, and basic self defense skills. Through age-appropriate games, drills, and techniques, young warriors learn how to stay safe, respect others, and develop focus and discipline. This high-energy class teaches balance, teamwork, and listening skills in a safe, supportive environment, setting the foundation for martial arts and self defense. Perfect for little ones to have fun while learning valuable life skills!

Kids BJJ (AGE 7-14)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a thrilling martial art where you learn to “roll” with opponents, using technique over strength to control and submit them. It’s like human chess, combining strategy, skill, and agility, all while making new friends on the mat. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn self defense, or just have a blast sparring, BJJ offers an empowering and challenging experience for everyone.

Adult Jiu Jitsu (AGE 14+)

Kickboxing (Age 14+)

Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Set to upbeat music, it involves punches, kicks, knee strikes, and bodyweight exercises designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, cardio kickboxing offers a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, enhances agility, and relieves stress—no experience or sparring required!

Wrestling for BJJ (Ages 14+)

Wrestling for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on blending powerful wrestling techniques with BJJ strategies to improve takedowns, control, and overall ground game. In this class, practitioners learn key wrestling moves like single and double-leg takedowns, sprawls, and top control, all tailored for BJJ competition and self defense. Wrestling enhances strength, agility, and positional awareness, making it a valuable addition for those looking to elevate their grappling skills and dominate on the mat.
